General Liability coverage is an essential element in protecting your organization. It provides protection from claims or suits for bodily injury or property damage, and VAcorp is proud to provide the broadest coverage for public entities in Virginia.
The premise that VAcorp was founded upon, and what has made us so successful over the years, has been our belief that we can break from the status quo and provide coverage catered specifically to our unique members in a new and better way. We are constantly innovating and looking to add protections that matter to our membership where none existed previously. While traditional liability insurance can only respond to claims of monetary damages, we have added non-monetary relief coverage for incidents such as defense for zoning/land use claims and petitions for removal of elected officials. We also provide criminal defense reimbursement supplementary coverage and defense for employment practices claims where only injunctive relief is sought.
There is no annual aggregate for our general liability coverage. We can also provide excess coverage limits.
