Leslie joined the VAcorp team in 2025 as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist. She brings more than two decades of experience as a workers’ compensation paralegal, where she supported attorneys and insurance partners across Virginia and worked closely with VAcorp on numerous claims. Her background gives her a strong understanding of the Workers’ Compensation Act and the complexities that can arise during the lifecycle of a claim. Before joining VAcorp, she built a long-standing career in workers’ compensation litigation and also holds experience in early career roles outside the insurance field. Her depth of knowledge and commitment to supporting members help her guide employers and injured workers through the claims process with confidence and clarity.
