Workers’ Compensation Claims Specialist

Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Glenville State College and a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Marshall University. She worked as a substitute teacher for approximately 10 years. Upon relocating to the Roanoke area in 2014 to be closer to family, she began working with our team in the Support Department. She became a Claims Associate in 2015, later becoming a Claims Specialist who handles workers’ compensation claims.
