Justin joined our team in 2022. He has a certification of leadership and workforce development from the Army War College. Justin has 23 years of service in the United States Army where he served as a Division Protection Cell Sergeant Major and 12 years as a police officer in Roanoke City Virginia. Justin served as the Emergency Manager and safety/security specialist for Army Central Command Forward from 2021-2022. Justin specializes in law enforcement, transportation, safety, and liability issues.
