John serves as our Claims Associate Supervisor and joined our team in 2017. Prior to joining us, John worked in Risk Management at the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority for twenty-four years and recently at Virginia Tech for the past seven years as the Claims Manager in the Office of Risk Management. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from James Madison University and obtained an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification. John enjoys golf, World War II History, and hiking.
