John serves as our Claims Associate Supervisor and joined the team in 2017. Prior to that, he worked in Risk Management at the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority for 24 years, followed by seven years at Virginia Tech as the Claims Manager in the Office of Risk Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Certification. Outside of work, John enjoys golf, World War II history, and hiking.
