John has more than 30 years of law enforcement, loss prevention, safety, and security experience having retired from the Roanoke City Police Department. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Averett University and a master’s degree in Security Management from Bellevue University. His risk management experience includes Insurance, Risk Analysis, Benchmarking, and Trend Analysis. He is also an authorized OSHA 10- and 30-hour trainer and has the ARM certification from the Insurance Institute.
