Dawn has been with VAcorp since 2003 and handles our more complex workers’ compensation investigative and lost-time claims. She has an associate’s degree from Central Texas College and has been in the claims handling business since 1989. She earned her Associated in Claims designation from the Insurance Institute of America in 1999.
