Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles, including underwriting assistant, customer service representative, and workers’ compensation rating specialist, building extensive experience in operations and member support. As an Account Management Assistant, Mickey works closely with account representatives to support day-to-day member needs and help ensure a high level of service.
