Member$MART stands for “Managing Account Relationships and Transactions” and enables members to access their VACORP accounts online.   This Internet-based service can be accessed by clicking on the Member$MART link via www.vacorp.org.

**MULTI-FACTOR UPGRADE RESOURCE AREA**

The Member$MART Multi-Factor Authentication upgrade will take place between July 12-31, 2010. Each member credit union Manager/CEO was mailed a notice, as well as a temporary password for each Member$MART user at the credit union. The passwords are to be distributed to those individuals in order to be used when the upgrade window opens. Domestic Wire Transfer Services

VACORP’s wire transfer service is the first step in an extensive electronic communication network offered by VACORP. Our wire transfer day begins at 8:00 a.m. (EST) with an extended cut-off time of 4:00 p.m. (EST). All incoming wires and outgoing wire requests received after 4:00 p.m. (EST) will be handled on the next business day.

Utilizing wire transfer services via Open Door enables member credit unions to efficiently originate a transfer, capture important wire transfer information for its records, and warehouse the information for repeated use. Wire transfer services are also available by calling Member Services at 1.888.4VACORP.

International Wire Transfer Services

Recognizing that international commerce constitutes a significant market for our members, VACORP offers trade services for transacting business on a global basis. Our global solutions are designed to facilitate trade and minimize risk.

With VACORP’s wire transfer and foreign exchange services, you can send and receive international fund transfers. Outgoing funds are transmitted in U.S. dollar or foreign currencies to domestic and overseas recipients. Incoming funds are received electronically and can be posted to your account at VACORP.

Our online International Wire service makes it easier than ever to create foreign currency wires, create U.S. dollar wires, maintain templates for re-occurring wires and view wire transactions. VACORP’s beneficiary bank directory and online currency quotes enable your credit union to offer high quality, speedy service to your membership.
